Dr. Richard C. Parfitt, Facial Plastic Surgeon, is double-board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Board  of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS). He is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.

Dr. Parfitt's surgical practice has been devoted exclusively to cosmetic surgery for "Faces Only" for over 20 years. He founded Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center in Madison, WI in 1996.
