MADISON & APPLETON, WI LOCATIONS

Your medical history and cosmetic interests will be collected prior to your initial consultation. Occasionally, you will be asked to update this information for our records. We are committed to offering you the most appropriate services to help achieve your current skin health goals. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

 

We will recommend a safe and effective custom treatment plan, specifically designed for you. Please note many of the treatments and prescriptive products we offer require follow-up appointments and/or multiple treatment sessions to achieve maximum results. Please schedule your appointments according to these recommendations as often as possible. We encourage you to schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Center. Advance reservations ensure availability of your preferred clinician and service(s) at the recommended treatment intervals.  Together, we will achieve the greatest level of satisfaction in the results of your treatment.

 

CENTER HOURS

An Appointment Coordinator is available to take your calls:

 

Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday from 8:30 am – 1 pm

 

Afternoon and evening hours vary. Please speak with an Appointment Coordinator for the most current availability.

 

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Please provide us with a telephone number or email address that you check on a regular basis so we may provide you an appointment reminder.

 

If you would prefer to receive your appointment reminders via text only, please verify that we have your mobile number on file and this preference has been noted in your client file.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance to avoid possible charges. If you have a MONDAY appointment scheduled that needs to be cancelled you MUST cancel no later than 12:00 p.m. the Friday prior to your Monday appointment or we will consider your cancellation a “same-day” cancellation. Text messages, e-mails or voicemails left during non-business hours over the weekend is not sufficient notice.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late.

 

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to proceed with your consultation or treatment in the time that remains available. If your arrival time is deemed too late to be seen for a treatment due to our followed treatment protocols, we will consider this a “same-day” cancellation. A client care coordinator will assist you in scheduling a new appointment.

 

CONSULTATIONS

There are risks involved with procedures, and full cooperation with any and all instructions given to you will decrease the likelihood of any unforeseen outcome. There are precautions you should take prior to any treatment. For this reason, no treatment or product purchases may occur without a prior consultation.

 

Receiving treatment on the same day as your consultation may be available upon request, depending on the treatment(s) you are interested in.  If available, we will collect a $75 deposit due to the amount of time this requires on our schedule.  This deposit will be applied toward the balance due on your first purchase at AestheticA. If you decide to not proceed with treatment immediately following your consultation as scheduled, the $75 will be held as a credit on your account for your use toward the cost of a treatment or product purchase at any time in the future.

 

If receiving treatment on the same day as your consultation, please be sure to follow the necessary pre-treatment instructions leading up to your appointment.

 

Please be advised that non-compliance with our cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of the $75 deposit and will require an additional $75 deposit to reserve a new appointment.

 

HOLIDAYS

Our Centers are closed on the following Holidays:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day, and New Year’s Day.  If a Holiday falls on a weekend, our hours may vary during the week prior or immediately following, in observance of the Holiday.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate an appointment due to inappropriate conduct or non-compliance with policies or instructions.
