Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.  Financing through CareCredit is also available - subject to approval, prior to receiving treatment.  Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Pricing

Your individual treatment plan is determined in a face-to-face consultation with one of our clinicians, prior to starting any in-clinic treatment or at-home product regimen. Although a cost estimate may be provided to you over the telephone, an exact price quote for treatment will be provided to you at the time of consultation. All treatments are available à la carte and in packages. Treatment packages provide savings up to 15%. To receive these savings, the total amount quoted must be paid in full at the time of receiving the first treatment in the package. Treatment and product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification.  Treatment prices may vary by location.

Gift certificates are available.

No gratuities accepted.

Shipping and Handling

Established clients of AestheticA Skin Health Center may purchase their prescribed skin health products by calling 608.831.4007 or 920.730.1309; or, by e-mailing aestheticappointments@gmail.com.  All major credit cards are accepted.  An $8 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders.
