For hygienic and safety reasons, we are limited on product returns and exchanges.
Unopened, sealed skin care products returned within 7 days of purchase will be refunded the purchase price in the original form of payment. If paid by check, we must obtain confirmation of payment clearing with the bank prior to issuing a refund. You may also choose to exchange the product for another of equal value or have an in-clinic credit issued to you. Refunds will result in the reversal of AestheticAppreciation points earned with that purchase.
Skin care products that have been opened can only be returned if an allergic reaction to the product has been confirmed and documented, by a member of our clinical staff, within 14 days of first use.
