What is Dr. Parfitt's training?
Dr. Parfitt received his medical school training at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He completed his residency with the US Naval Hospital and then spent two years as Head of the Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Department at the Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan. He completed an extensive fellowship training in Beverly Hills before returning to Madison, WI to open his private practice in 1996.

Do I need a consultation to buy products?
All products offered at AestheticA are physician-grade meaning a consultation is required. A valid prescription is required for certain products.
What is the difference between fillers and Botox?"
Injectables for wrinkles are a popular non-surgical treatment to minimize lines, wrinkles and other signs of aging. With little to no downtime, the injectable procedures are effective in relaxing the muscles that produce creases and wrinkles.

Injectable fillers, also known as dermal fillers, restore volume and hollows on your face. These products are made from biodegradable hyaluronic acid (HA) that restores volume and fullness to the skin, correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.
Can I do the treatment the same day as consultation?
If you are a new client of AestheticA Skin Health Center and are interested in a specific treatment, time may be allotted for the consultation and treatment to be completed in the same appointment, depending on the treatment(s) you are interested in. If you are a previous client of AestheticA, but have not been seen by our clinic within a year, a brief follow-up will be included in your appointment to discuss your previous treatment(s) or any new skin concerns you may have.

Is there a cost for a consultation?
To see one of our Medical Aesthetics Specialists, the cost for a skin consultation is $50. To see Dr. Parfitt, the cost for your skin consultation is $125. This consultation fee is applied to your account to use towards products or treatments at either AestheticA Skin Health Center or Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center. This one-time cost applies only to your initial consultation; therefore all future follow-up consultative appointments, regardless of the provider seen, are free.
What payments do we accept?
Payment is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing through CareCredit is also available – subject to approval, prior to receiving treatment. CareCredit payments require a minimum of $1000–inquire within for more details. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
Can I purchase skin care products over the phone or online?
Established clients of AestheticA Skin Health Center may purchase their prescribed skin health products over the phone or via e-mail. An $8.95 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders.
How much will my treatments cost?
Your individual treatment plan is determined in a face-to-face consultation with one of our clinicians, prior to starting any in-clinic treatment or at-home product regimen. Although a cost estimate may be provided to you over the telephone, an exact price quote for treatment will be provided to you at the time of consultation. Treatment and product prices are subject to change at any time. Treatment prices may vary by location. Gratuities are not accepted.
