AESTHETICA’S PRODUCT EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT AND RETURN POLICIES
To uphold the integrity of the medical-grade products we prescribe, ASHC – Middleton adheres to the following exchange, replacement and return policies:
Within 7 days of purchase, an unopened, sealed and damage-free product may be exchanged or returned.
- Any difference in cost will be credited or collected at the time of the exchange.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If paid by check, we must confirm that the check has cleared with the bank prior to issuing a refund.
- Alternatively, the client may choose to have an in-clinic credit issued, which would be applicable toward a future product or treatment purchase at ASHC – Middleton.
- AestheticAppreciation point balances will be adjusted according to the value of the exchange or refund.
- Exception due to an allergic reaction: A product may be returned if an allergic reaction to the product has been confirmed by ASHC – Middleton within 7 days of first use. If you believe you are having an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately at 608.831.4007
When opening the package within 7 days of purchase, if a product’s container appears to be damaged or defective in a way that may inhibit the use of the product or affect its potency, please contact us. Upon review of the concern by ASHC – Middleton, the product may be eligible for a replacement of the same product. ASHC – Middleton is not responsible for any product that has expired or is not properly handled or stored by the client, which may inhibit the use of the product and/or affect the product’s potency.
Requests for the exchange, refund or replacement of products purchased at ASHC – Middleton must be made directly with ASHC – Middleton. None of the independent businesses located within ASHC in Appleton, WI are responsible for retail products purchased through ASHC – Middleton.
ASHC – Middleton and ASHC – Appleton are not responsible for the refund of any retail purchases made through any of the independent businesses located within ASHC in Appleton. At present, these businesses include Advanced Aesthetics, Aglow Skin, and Dose of Joy Aesthetics.
AESTHETICA’S SERVICE REFUND POLICY
AestheticA will not refund any cost of services rendered if the client does not follow at-home treatment instructions or does not attend all follow-up appointments as prescribed by AestheticA Skin Health Center in Middleton. AestheticA Skin Health Center in Appleton is not responsible for the refund of any services received at any of the independent businesses located within ASHC – Appleton. At present, these businesses include Advanced Aesthetics, Aglow Skin and Dose of Joy Aesthetics.
