After calling regarding an appointment I spoke to Sheila the Aesthetican who explained and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment and had a little trouble finding the office. The office was nice and clean and inviting. The receptionist was friendly but seemed to have difficulty finding the paper work for my visit. After filling in a short form Sheila came in with a calm attitude and pleasant smile that made me feel relaxed.  She explained in detail what to expect and what to do and not to do. She was professional and courteous. I asked about another procedure and decided to have her do some additional treatments for me. I made a return appointment , paid my bill and was out in a satisfactory amount time.I was happy to hear about the comment survey and the Dysort Savings which encouraged a future visit.

Taryn did a facial laser treatment that I am very, very pleased with. It was more successful than I had hoped it would be. I will probably come in on an annual basis to get touch ups. Taryn was skilled and delightful to work with. I made a second appointment and she did a laser treatment on the spider veins in my lower legs. I will have the follow up treatment in a week. So far I am not impressed with the results but assume the follow up treatment will solve the problem. The very small veins have disappeared but the more problematic ones on my interior ankles seem to have just changed from blue to red. I am hopeful and patient. It's easy to have confidence in the procedures when working with Taryn.

I started by getting a Groupon and just continued from there. My results were so natural that many people just think I look better but don't know why. I thought my brother would disapprove and find me vain but he said it looks great even though he didn't know why. And there was virtually no pain just achiness for a few hours. I don't think I took any painkiller or perhaps one. Great doc and staff!

The computer in this office is consistantly problematic. The new location hasn't seemed to change anything in that regard. Checking out after the procedure is long and tedious. It took over 30 minutes to check out this last time and I couldn't get a receipt. They promised it was being sent to me but I haven't seen it as of this writing.  Most of the staff is very friendly.  Love the new office.

I just had IPL four days ago, so not sure what the final result will be.  I will be returning for Juvederm in two weeks and possibly another IPL treatment.  My esthetician, Sheila, was awesome.  I was confident that she was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and suggesting the treatment.  I have very bad redness of my nose and I think it will be difficult to treat, but I will go back and keep trying to achieve my desired results.  Also, I drive over three hours to get to your clinic but believe it is worth the trip.  Thank you!
