Richard Parfitt, MD
Double-Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Richard Parfitt is the founder and medical director of Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center and AestheticA Skin Health Center. As one of Wisconsin’s most well-respected facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Parfitt has performed thousands of facial cosmetic surgery procedures since opening his private practice in 1996. Dr. Parfitt is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to his board certifications, Dr. Parfitt had extensive training in Okinawa, Japan and Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Parfitt consults with patients at the Middleton (Madison) or Appleton, WI offices or via virtual consultation.
Jodie, LE
Medical Aesthetics Specialist
Jodie has worked as a Medical Aesthetics Specialist with Dr. Parfitt since 2005. She is available to clients in AestheticA’s Middleton location for consultation, skin health and aesthetic injectable treatments. She also assists Dr. Parfitt in the operating room and cares for his facial cosmetic surgery patients following surgery. Her favorite product is Retin-a and Botox is her favorite treatment.
Kacey, LE
Medical Aesthetics Specialist
After moving back to Wisconsin, Kacey joined our team in Middleton as a Medical Aesthetics Specialist in 2021. She is available to clients for consultation, skin health and cosmetic injectable treatments. She also assists Dr. Parfitt in the operating room and cares for his surgical patients post-operatively. She loves attending to the removal of splints following Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) and watching Dr. Parfitt’s patients fill with joy as they see their new nose for the first time! Kacey’s passions include skincare, the great outdoors and family. Her favorite products include Retivance and sunscreen, while her favorite treatments are HydraFacial MD paired with Dermaplaning, as well as enhancing the lips with injectable filler.

Medical Aesthetics Specialist
With more than 5 years of experience in aesthetics, Bernadette was delighted to join Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2022. She is passionate about all things skin, staying current on product knowledge and industry trends. Bernadette enjoys helping AestheticA’s Middleton clients achieve their skin health goals by providing consultations, skin care regimens, and skin health treatments; as well as assisting Dr. Parfitt in the operating room and providing his surgery patients post-operative care. Her favorite treatments are HydraFacialMD and dermal fillers for lip enhancement.

Client Care Coordinator
Becky has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and joined Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2016. She has a passion for skin care and enjoys working with a team of highly-educated and professional skincare specialists. Her favorite treatment is HydraFacialMD. She loves being outdoors and always has her Colorescience Sunforgettable brush for sun protection!

Surgical Coordinator
Angela has worked with Dr. Parfitt since 2007. As our Surgical Coordinator, she assists surgical patients from their initial contact through all stages of the surgical process. Starting even before your consultation with Dr. Parfitt she will assist you with procedure information, preparing for surgery, post-surgery requirements and planning for yourself and your family. Her favorite treatment is Juvéderm Voluma because it gave her youthful cheekbones and she loves the long-lasting results.
