Meet the Middleton Team
Richard Parfitt, MD
Double-Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Richard Parfitt is the founder and medical director of Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center and AestheticA Skin Health Center. As one of Wisconsin’s most well-respected facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Parfitt has performed thousands of facial cosmetic surgery procedures since opening his private practice in 1996. Dr. Parfitt is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
In addition to his board certifications, Dr. Parfitt had extensive training in San Diego, California, Okinawa, Japan (while serving in the United States Navy) and Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Parfitt consults with patients at the Middleton (Madison) or Appleton, WI offices or via virtual consultation.
Jodie, LE
Medical Aesthetics Specialist
Jodie has worked as a Medical Aesthetics Specialist with Dr. Parfitt since 2005. She is available to clients in AestheticA’s Middleton location for consultation, skin health and aesthetic injectable treatments. She also assists Dr. Parfitt in the operating room and cares for his facial cosmetic surgery patients following surgery. Her favorite product is Retin-a and Botox is her favorite treatment.
Kendra, LE
Administrative & Clinical Services Specialist
Kendra joined Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2023. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout their aesthetic journey, both administratively and as a Medical Aesthetician. She is available to clients in AestheticA’s Middleton location for consultation and skin rejuvenation treatments. She also provides clinical assistance to Dr. Parfitt. Her favorite treatment is HydraFacialMD + Dermaplane and her most favorite products to use are Obagi NuDerm Gentle Cleanser and Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield FLEX SPF 50

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Erica joined Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2025. As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Erica combines her compassionate patient care with an artistic touch to deliver natural-looking, confidence-boosting results. Her goal is to enhance each patient’s unique features with precision and grace, always prioritizing safety, subtlety, and individualized outcomes. She is available to clients in AestheticA’s Middleton location for consultation and cosmetic injectable treatments, such as BOTOX and Dysport.

Client Care Coordinator
Ellie joined Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2024, inspired by the way medical aesthetics and facial plastic surgery combine science, artistry, and patient care. She enjoys being part of a field that enhances natural beauty while helping patients feel more confident and empowered.
As our Client Care Coordinator, Ellie finds it most rewarding to support clients, answer their questions and help them feel comfortable and confident. From scheduling their consultation to celebrating their results, she loves building genuine connections with clients and being part of their journey.

Clinical Support & Client Care Coordinator
Natalie has always been drawn to the beauty industry, but medical aesthetics and facial plastic surgery stood out to her because of the natural-looking, confidence-boosting results patients can achieve. She loves how treatments enhance a person’s features while still allowing them to look like the best version of themselves.
With a decade of experience in the field, Natalie joined Dr. Parfitt’s team in 2025. She enjoys building meaningful connections with clients and making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and heard throughout their entire experience at AestheticA Skin Health & Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center.
Becky
Patient & Office Support Assistant
Becky has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years and has been part of Dr. Parfitt’s team since 2016. She has a true passion for skincare and loves working alongside a team of highly educated and professional specialists.
As our Patient & Office Support Assistant, Becky supports the surgical side of the practice while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.
Her favorite treatment is HydraFacialMD. She loves being outdoors and always has her Colorescience Sunforgettable brush for sun protection!
Angela
Angela has worked with Dr. Parfitt since 2007. As our Surgical Coordinator, she assists surgical patients from their initial contact through all stages of the surgical process. Starting even before your consultation with Dr. Parfitt she will assist you with procedure information, preparing for surgery, post-surgery requirements and planning for yourself and your family. Her favorite treatment is Juvéderm Voluma because it gave her youthful cheekbones and she loves the long-lasting results.
