Dr. Parfitt received his medical school training at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He completed his residency with the US Naval Hospital and then spent two years as Head of the Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Department at  the Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan. He completed an extensive fellowship training in Beverly Hills before returning to Madison, WI to open his private practice in 1996.

If you are a new client of AestheticA Skin Health Center and are interested in a specific treatment, time may be allotted for the consultation and treatment to be completed in the same appointment, depending on the treatment(s) you are interested in. If you are a previous client of AestheticA, but have not been seen by our clinic within a year, a brief follow-up will be included in your appointment to discuss your previous treatment(s) or any new skin concerns you may have.

To see one of our Medical Aesthetics Specialists, the cost for a skin consultation is $50*. To see Dr. Parfitt, the cost for your skin consultation is $125. This consultation fee is applied to your account to use towards products or treatments at either AestheticA Skin Health Center or Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center. This one-time cost applies only to your initial consultation; therefore all future follow-up consultative appointments, regardless of the provider seen, are free.

 

*If you'd like to schedule an Initial Consultation and treatment in the same day, a $75 deposit will be collected when scheduling the appointment. Upon completion of this appointment, the $75 deposit will be applied toward the cost of your first treatment.  Should you cancel your consultation and treatment within 24 hours of the appointment, this $75 deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee. Another $75 deposit will be collected to schedule a new appointment for your Initial Consultation with treatment in the same day.

Payment is due upon completion of your appointment.

 

AestheticA Skin Health Center - Middleton accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing through Cherry is also available - subject to approval, prior to receiving treatment - with 3, 6 and 12 month plans. The 12-month plan requires a $1500 minimum transaction –inquire within for more details.

 

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

 

The aesthetic practices located within AestheticA Skin Health Center - Appleton may accept different payment methods. Please inquire within the practice you are interested in for more details.

Established clients of AestheticA Skin Health Center may purchase their prescribed skin health products over the phone or via e-mail. A $9.95 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders.

Your individual treatment plan is determined in a face-to-face consultation with one of our clinicians, prior to starting any in-clinic treatment or at-home product regimen. Although a cost estimate may be provided to you over the telephone, an exact price quote for treatment will be provided to you at the time of consultation. Treatment and product prices are subject to change at any time. Treatment prices may vary by location. Gratuities are not accepted.
