What You’ll Do

As an Aesthetic Nurse or Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering expert care and maintaining our high standards of excellence. Your responsibilities include:

Injectable Aesthetic Services

  • Administering neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., Restylane, Juvederm) in accordance with the protocols and accepted practices of AestheticA Skin Health Center.
  • Educating clients on facial cosmetic services and recommending personalized treatments.
  • Maintain charting.

Wellness Services

  • Providing IV Hydration Therapy to support overall client wellness.
  • Administering Vitamin Shots tailored to individual client needs.
  • Assisting clients with Weight Loss Programs and supporting their wellness goals.
  • Provide wellness services in accordance with the protocols and accepted practices of AestheticA Skin Health Center.
  • Maintain charting.

Operating Room Assistance

  • Assisting Dr. Parfitt with facial cosmetic surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for surgical procedures.
  • Providing support to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes during surgery.
  • Maintain charting.

Post-Operative Care

  • Removing dressings, sutures and clips for Dr. Parfitt’s surgical patients in accordance with the protocols and accepted practices of Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center.
  • Providing guidance on post-operative self-care to ensure optimal healing.
  • Maintain charting.

Client Experience

  • Ensuring clients feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Communicating effectively with clients in person, via phone, or email.
  • Managing follow-up care to build lasting relationships and ensure continuity of service.

Daily Office Operations

  • Maintaining clean and presentable treatment rooms.
  • Monitoring and restocking supplies.
  • Participating in the opening and closing duties of the office.

Team Collaboration

  • Supporting the practice by assisting with general office tasks as needed.
  • Attending all-staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay at the forefront of the aesthetic industry.

Client Care Coordinator

This position requires a person who is personable, courteous, efficient and organized, with a soothing voice and extensive phone skills. Typing and computer skills and attention to detail are required. Personal experience with facial plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures is highly desirable.

 

Medical Aesthetics Specialist

This position requires a licensed Nurse or Aesthetician who is highly organized, energetic and positive, who loves working directly with people, and desires to join an extremely successful and rapidly-growing cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice. This position performs Botox and dermal filler injections, laser skin treatments, skin resurfacing and prescriptive skin care, as well as assisting in the surgical suite. If not experienced in cosmetic dermatology or the operating room, you will receive on-the-job training by Dr. Parfitt and other clinicians  in the practice. Beyond people skills and initiative, typing and basic computer skills are an advantage since we are a “paperless” office. For those nurses who have worked with Medicare and insurance companies, you’ll be pleased to know that due to the elective nature of our medical services, we rarely have to work with either of these entities.
